Présentation
In the recent years, there is a growing social demand for courses that help a person live a better and more fulfilling professional and personal life. The life coaching industry is estimated to be more than US$ 2 billion in size and many self-help books have become New York Times bestsellers.

The “Strategize your life” course combines academic rigor and real-life relevance. The course provides a unique framework based on strategy research and especially on the "simple rules" framework developed by K. Eisenhardt and D. Sull. Strategy research concerns the study of how companies can enhance their performance and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. However, it has developed tools that can be powerful when applied to an individual’s life, as well. This course provides its participants with such a “strategy toolbox,” which can be readily implemented in their professional and personal lives. The course is structured as a mix of theories and practical applications, and it aims to make tangible improvements to the quality of life of the participants within the length of the course.
