Objectifs
At the end of the course the student should be able to :

1. Breakdown complex organizational problems using the appropriate methodology; specifically, use UML to model business processes (L03A)
2. Use metaphors to describe creative approaches to business problems (L03B)
3. Employ state-of-the-art management techniques (UML) (L05C)
4. Demonstrate an expertise on key concepts, techniques and trends in their professional field including quality and business process reengineering (L05D)

The course includes a group project with presentation. This implies the need for students to commuincate effectively in English (L01C) to model a complex system and propose a reengineered solution
