The students should be familiar with Strategy and Strategy design, business modelling, marketing fundamentals, organization and organizational design, innovation management and change management
Objectifs
3.A . Breakdown complex organizational problems using the appropriate methodology-----leveraging on the analytical tools and methodologies proposed during the course
3.B. Propose creative solutions within an organization ------ by leveraging on business model design, innovation management techniques, digital transition tools and change management approaches
3.C. Organize change management processes --- and how to implement and manage an innovation strategy and execution model
6.B. Synthesize multifaceted information from various sources across different functional fields --- by exploiting digital approaches and technologies
6.C Integrate different skills and management disciplines in support of interdisciplinary responsibilities --
7. Apply innovative Marketing Techniques to service business, mostly based on digital technologies and innovative approaches.
8. Become knowledgeable and able to apply concept and tools of service segmentation, service marketing, design of service solutions
