Prérequis

General knowledge of business and management concepts. Good comprehension of English. Classes will be organized around short cases presentation and common analysis to develop business ability and expertise.


Objectifs

The aims of the course include:
•  Developing capacity to make a synthesis of the different notions learned in international topics (Cultural, legal, financial, supply chain)
•  Developing expertise in using a pallet of tools
•  Create agility in analyzing and managing international business strategies
•  Developing capacity to plan and conduct profitable international business strategies
•  Developing capacity to analyze and adopt corrective actions according to company’s interest
•  Initiating interest in becoming International Sales Business Managers


LEARNING OUTCOMES- At the end of the course, students will be able to:
•  Prepare and organize strategy for international business development project
•  Analyze situation of international business of a company in order to enhance and develop its potential business
•  Negotiate key business deals for the sustainability of their organization
•  Develop automatic analyzing tools in order to settle durable and profitable international business organization
•  Prospect and organize an international business development from A to Z.
•  Look for efficient partners in the frame of mastering an overall international project management

6 EXAM: presentation of an International Business Development Project
The project is chosen by each group of 4 students, at the Second course. Each course topic will be immediately applied to evaluate the project
of each group, in order to finalize a mastered Project Development Management, the day of the exam.
Oral presentation: 12 minutes Questions: 5 minutes 80% of the final grade
Electronic version of the case/written document/e-portfolio/e-word-document/pdf file: 20% of the final grade
20 minutes wrap up correction at the end of the presentations. (Everyone must attend)
