Présentation
B1+ English level
Conflicts are impossible to avoid due to different characters, opinions, interests, needs, and cultures….. However, in many situations we act as if nothing happened, trying to avoid or ignore them or we are on the defensive and tackle the conflict in a destructive way, making things worse. In a company this attitude is financially and humanly very costly because unresolved conflicts take up a lot of energy and time. For this reason, it is important to develop your own conflict management and communication skills.
