Une belle reconnaissance internationale pour l’Université Catholique de Lille !

The International Association of Universities (IAU) has entrusted Université Catholique de Lille with leading its global working group on United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 10: Reduced Inequalities.

Succeeding the University of Tsukuba (Japan), UCLille joins a network of leading international institutions, including Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna (Italy), Utrecht University (the Netherlands), Queen’s University (Canada), and the Federal University of Minas Gerais (Brazil), working together to advance the Sustainable Development Goals through higher education.

Led by Franck Dubois, Vice-Rector for Humanities, this initiative will strengthen international cooperation on key issues such as inclusion, migration, and social justice while fostering dialogue, knowledge sharing, and joint projects among partner universities.

This new responsibility reflects Université Catholique de Lille’s long-standing commitment to promoting an inclusive, globally engaged higher education system dedicated to the common good.
