The Université Catholique de Lille is delighted to organize its upcoming International Staff Week in 2027!
Every year, the University welcomes staff from partner universities as part of the Erasmus program. During 1 week, a rich program is offered to participants to teach or get trained on some specific themes.
Thematic
This year’s edition echoes our university-wide theme for 2026-2027, a year-long exploration of the many forms of intelligence that shape our understanding of the world — human, artificial, intercultural and intelligence in nature.
This week is also a chance for you to exchange ideas and meet your counterparts, to enhance professional practices and do some networking. The program will consist of a mix of workshops and conferences, a presentation of partner universities and cultural activities.

*Please note that this program may be subject to change.
Requirements and costs
All participants are expected to take part to the workshops and to stay for the full length of the International Week (from Monday morning to Friday). As the programme will start on Monday morning, we suggest you arrive on Sunday night at the latest.
English will be the general language and a good knowledge of English is therefore required to participate.
You will need to arrange and pay for your own travel expenses, accommodation costs and meals. You may be eligible to apply for Erasmus funding to cover these expenses but you should check it with your own Erasmus coordinator. Please note that we are charging a 150€ participation fee per person in order to cover for some meals (2 networking lunches and 1 official group dinner) and snacks.
Applications
Applications are open to both academic and administrative staff. Applicants may apply for a Staff Mobility for Training (STT). A combined mobility (STT + STA), including a minimum of 4 hours of teaching, is also possible, provided that the teaching arrangements have already been agreed with the relevant faculty at the time of selection.
Please note that due to a limited number of seats, a selection committee will take place in January and will confirm selected participants. Selection criteria include but are not limited to: number of applicants coming from the same university (2 maximum), interest in the thematic, full participation to the activities.
In order to apply, please fill in this form before November 30th, 2026:
