Cost of the program

2,750€ per student from non-partner university, including:

 

  • 1,000€ tuition fees: tuition fees, course materials, and ECTS credit transfer.
  • 1,400€ hospitality package: accommodation in a hotel near campus with weekday breakfast (M-F), meal pass for use in the cafeteria with a 60€ credit, an orientation program, unlimited monthly pass to use on the Lille transportation system, access to university facilities, fieldtrips to Bruges and Reims, several group dinners, cultural and social activities, and more!   • 350 administration fees: normally non-refundable after registration, please consult the Terms & Conditions.

10% discount

for partner universities, bringing the total to 2,500€.

How to proceed with the payment?

All participants interested in joining the program must register through our online application platform.

Registration opens in early September, and the link will be available on the main program webpage on the announced date.

Once your completed application is verified and approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Payments must be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via our secure online payment system. It is also possible to pay with an American Express card or an international wire transfer upon request. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with arrival information. Your invitation letter will only be available after the payment has been received.

All payments (program fees and/or optional activities) will need to be settled by the respective deadlines, or your participation in the unpaid items will be cancelled. The International Relations Office may extend the deadline if necessary. Any updates will be posted on the website.

Financial aid

Université Catholique de Lille does not provide financial aid for this type of short-term program. We recommend reaching out to the Study Abroad Office at your home institution or consulting the Campus France website for your region to find out whether any financial aid opportunities are available for this type of program.
