Housing & dorms

University dorms are more than just accommodation: they are living and working spaces, where students can share and socialize.

We promote welcoming, listening and mutual support. The shared areas help prevent isolation. They bring residents together around a wide range of services, including breakfast, shared kitchens, lounges, work areas, laundry facilities etc …

Choosing to live in a university dorm implies a willingness to live in a community. Everyone can thrive by participating in group life or by taking on responsibility, as we offer students in their senior years the opportunity to take part in the life of the dorms, to organize activities, and to support and supervise undergraduate students.

Equally, the social and ethnic mix promotes cultural open-mindedness. It encourages mutual support and sharing.

All Logement (All Housing)

All Housing manages around twenty student dorms at the heart of the Vauban campus, close to the Humanicité and Plaine Images campuses, and in the Lille Metropolis.

From single rooms to studios, ranging from 350€ to 710€ (all costs included), we offer a wide range of housing that suits all needs and budgets.

Our student dorms are mixed, and some of our accommodation is accessible on social criteria. Reservations for a room or studio in an All Housing dorm can be made exclusively online, from April preceding the start of the academic year.

You will find details on each dorm, type of accommodation, prices including services and more on the All Housing website below (Housing section).
