Prerequisite
Familiarity with civil rights, taxation of private individuals and/or companies, the environment of the business manager.
Goal
Awareness of the necessity of not proposing a patrimonial act without taking measures of the consequences and the interactions between the professional capital, the social capital and the private capital.
Presentation
Approach the holdings of the business manager, methodology discovery, comparison of different modes of patrimonial association, introduction to taxation and capital, division of problematic property investment, life insurance security, asset allowance in patrimonial management, new French society and the needs of patrimonial management.
