UCLille joins the European University Alliance EUNICE

Since May 2025, the Université Catholique de Lille (UCLille) has been an associate member of EUNICE – the European University for Customised Education, an alliance supported by the Erasmus+ programme. On September 23, 2025, Magdalena Sikorska, Secretary General of EUNICE, visited UCLille for a full day of meetings and exchanges focused on future collaborations within the network.

EUNICE is one of 65 European University alliances, bringing together over 570 higher education institutions across Europe to help shape the European University of the future. Its mission is to strengthen and innovate teaching by promoting interdisciplinarity, multilingualism, digital learning, and European values while fostering engagement with society.

The alliance currently includes 10 founding members from Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Sweden, Greece, Finland, and Poland. Among its key achievements are joint degrees, short mobility programs, shared online courses, research collaborations, and a common internship platform.
