Goal
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
- Develop methods and attitudes in order to communicate and work better with various contacts :
colleagues, managers, employees, contributors, suppliers …
- Manage relational situations:
• Greeting
• Dealing with requests / criticism / dissatisfaction
• Expressing requests / criticism / dissatisfaction
• Saying No
• Convincing

- Greeting/welcoming and creating relationships

- Dealing with stress and tension with breathing
- Helping your contact to clarify his requests with Active listening
- Greeting and dealing with requests / criticism / dissatisfaction with NonViolent Communication (NVC)
- Formulating requests / criticism / dissatisfaction with NonViolent Communication (NVC)
- Knowing yourself and understanding others in order to work and function better together (Transactional Analysis)
- Structuring arguments with a 4 steps method
- Identifying needs and motivations of contacts
- Asking questions and dealing with objection
*Mainly the students will be able to :
Communicate effectively in English, Appraise the performance of a team, compose constructive personal feedback and guidance, convey powerful messages using contemporary presentation techniques, employ state-of-the-art management techniques regarding conflicts.

Evaluation
50% of the grade : participation and presentations
50 % of the grade : written final exam
For each presentation, students will be offered to compose constructive personal feedback and guidance for their colleagues, then the teacher will adjust advices.
During the class, some exercises will be commented where each student will be able to name his/her strengths and areas of improvements, the teacher will then give further advices.
Finally, the teacher is available to exchange with students at any moment during the class.
50 % of the grade : written final exam
