Goal
- To be able to define the French food/mass-market retailing(large distribution) (French Retailers)
- To be able to identify the roles / missions of the various actors of the mass-market retailing(large distribution), especially management jobs in stores
- To be able to describe, understand and present a mass-market retailing theme.
Presentation
> Food Distribution/Retailers overview, Purchasing techniques, Supply-chain management
> Presentation of ditribution-related jobs and retailers policies - management of human resources, quality management, environmental policy, hard discount specificities...
> Visit of Hypermarket
> During the intensive week : Discovery internship in a store
