Introductory work on personal development aspects via IESEG toolbox (drivers, values, STARS personality assets a.o.) and brief self introduction techniques
Inventory of past personal and profesional experience expressed in terms of skills portfolio
Preparation of Labour Internship
Assessment of student's skills portfolio after the 1st internship and update of recruitment tools
Goal
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
Have developed a structured methodology to design his/ her professional project, including recruitment and social networks tools
Have a clearer view/understanding of his/her targeted job market (Job Map) to make preliminary professional choices via internship
Be able to draw the different necessary steps to reach his/her goal, including reach professionals and organize network interviews
Update student's skills portfolio after the 2nd internship and of recruitment tools
Presentation
Talent Programme bespoke inputs for International students based on IESEG experience and partnerships, i.e. :
Overall view of the students targeted job markets and recruitment trends (Job Map, field video interview of a professional in student's targeted sector with critical feedback work), present/ desired skills portfolio)
Methodology inputs to update/ design present/projective recruitment tools (CV,CL, Linkedin, job boards...)
Individual training to deliver an impactful pitch in the frame of the Commercial Internship
