At the conclusion of this course, students should be able to:
1. use knowledge of leadership theories to critically evaluate the relevance of those theories to their own experience and philosophy of leadership
2. demonstrate skills that contribute to effective leadership including team work, conflict resolution, critical thinking and communication skills
3. reflect on and understand how they can further develop their knowledge, skills and capabilities as leaders and professionals.
