Prerequisite
The student should possess basic knowledge of:
1. The functioning and management of organizations;
2. The functioning of people in organizations.

- Assess the feasibility of new business idea;
- Examine business competition and develop a competitive analysis;
- Develop a validated business model;
- Demonstrate the ability to tackle the challenges inherent to the entrepreneurial decision-making process and launching new ventures

Presentation
The course is designed to provide students with theoretical and applied tools aimed at business model development and new venture creation. Through lectures, case studies, and student presentations this course is geared towards students who may consider becoming entrepreneurs at some point in their career. Combining theoretical concepts with analytical thinking, participants are expected to gain entrepreneurial knowledge and behaviors that support creative yet validated solutions.
