• Build up/ refine his/her career plan after his IMBA courses
• Learn how to use professional networks and build professional leads
• Understand the French and European job market and get ready to meet today’s recruiter's expectations
• Train and be ready for recruitment interviews and pitch
Presentation
Day 1: How to analyse my past professional experience and plan my next career path in a new professional environment; how to identify and present skills related to jobs and market.
Day 2: How to adapt my oral and written communication/personal branding: pitch, CV and cover letter, Linked in profile /how to search for jobs: Career center's tools available and network actions
Day 3: Practice network and recruitment interviews/assessment
INDIVIDUAL COACHING: 3 mandatory coachings and complementary coachings if needed up to august 2020
