Understand and be aware of the main concepts and latest trends in Organizational Behavior : Personnality, Values, Emotional Intelligence,Leadership, Motivation,Conflict and Power.
Presentation
To develop an understanding of personality differences, perception and their impact on Decision Making. leading to leadership styles and motivation with international perspectives and differences, along with power and conflict resolution.
