Goal
At the end of the course, the student should be able to :
1. Understand concepts of human behavior relevant in organizations
2. Understand own values, personality, perceptions, and motivations as they relate to influencing and managing behavior in the organization systems
3. Analyze issues associated with the application of OB concepts in various settings
4. Develop greater awareness of ethical factors concerning human behavior in organizations
5. Successfully collaborate within a intercultural team
6. Convey powerful messages using contemporary presentation techniques

Presentation
During the sessions, the topics "Behaviors at work, emotions, personnality and related concepts, perception and decision-making, motivation, groups/teams, leadership, and conflict" will be explored through class discussions, simulations, case studies, presentations, and other interactive activities.

Evaluation
- Students will be graded on their participation in numerous in-class activities and in their group work
- They will work on a team project adressing one topic of interest in depth and present their analyses and lead small experiments during class
- They will receive team and individual-level feedback on their presentation/interactive session and will be given the possibility to repeat if performance is below standards (rubrics on IESEG online)
- They will have to integrate all topics in a personal/professionnal development essay using OB concepts and tests performed in class or at home (rubrics on IESEG online)
- They will work on a team project adressing one topic of interest in depth and present their analyses and lead small experiments during class
