Discovering the global corporate strategy.
Understanding on a theoretical level the approach and the various steps.
Using the different tools studied in the study of a practical case.
Learning how to make strategical choices and to formulate them.

This course consists of 5 chapters:

3 / The tools of strategic analysis to position oneself
4 / Analysis of competition and the environment.
