Présentation
Goal
Acquiring a culture of reputational risk, that is to say, a deep understanding of the effects structuring the phenomenon of crises and controversies with digital component.
Understanding the warning signs potentially triggering crisis, to assess the severity of emerging polemics. Identify crisis communication strategies and techniques, in the digital age, based on concrete cases.
Anticipating crises by partially reducing reputational risks, thanks to an applied semiology method allowing to efficiently break down the associations of critical elements present in projects or initiative. Dealing with emerging crises, developing the strategies to be put in place to respond to them, and avoiding certain tactical errors.
