- Students should be willing to start a company, be entrepreneurs or innovators throughout their careers to get the most value out of this course
- No academical background is required - this a very “hands-on” course. Previous startup, work, corporate experience will be useful to make this course truly useful
The students must be willing to actively participate to activities offered and to interact through the tools that will be provided to them. They will also be carrying out practical research on the internet, both individually and as a team.

Goal
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
1. Understand the role of Intrapreneurs and their impact, inside and outside organizations
2. Adopt an analytical mindset and cultivate empathy to find the right Growth Hacking techniques to make the best impact
3. Understand how to promote an idea within a company, and externally (press) when starting from scratch.
4. Make sure ideas sticks, promote concepts to managements and convince decision makers.
This elective program is designed to help individuals to think and act as proactive professionals for one week, so that they can replicate learnings from the differents activities into their early professional careers

Evaluation
Students will be required to apply the learning from the course by working on case studies that will be presented to the class. Fellow students will have to provide feedback on every case study, and will receive a group mark.
Participation will be assessed by the teacher throughout the entire duration of the course, based on individual and collective inputs in order to receive an individual mark.
