Prerequisite
Knowledge of the MPSI first-year physic program
Goal
Reinforce the students' skills in the practice of a scientific approach and his main steps, notice and measure, understand and model, and act to create, to produce, to put into practice these sciences as part of the engineer training.
Because of a full scientific approach develop the observation, the investigation, the creativity and the critical analysis, the experience is at the centre of the subject teaching (in course and during the practical works) and the notions of precision and measures doubt.
Furthermore, the model notion is central for the interpretation and comprehension of phenomena and model is an essential ability to develop.
Finally, the student autonomy and the taking action are developed thanks to activities practice such as "issues solution", which aim to mobilise knowledge and know-how in order to answer to a questioning and reach a goal.
