Prerequisite
Students have to apply for integrate this module. The admission isn't automatic. They are recruited according to their motivation.
Goal
Professionalization objectives: test and try out a manager situation.
The expected skills:
- be able to insure an individual and collective monitoring.
- organise and lead a meeting
- lead an interview
- listen
- motivate people
The managers' apprentice will be a referent peer for the first year students, they insure the supervision. They will be a support, a resource person.
This allows CSI1 to be more organised, to anticipate the future training and be less discouraged
