Since 1976, National Instruments gives engineers and scientists the tools that speed up productivity, innovation and discoveries. A programming platform called LabVIEW is at the centre of their knowledge.
This platform allows students to design systems graphically for the driving and the measure of all types of sensors, actuators or protocols (USB, Ethernet, CAN and so on). The aim is to be compatible with every trade: test and measure, monitoring, embedded systems, control-command system, robotics...

This course will teach you the common practices to successfuly implement and distribute your own Labview applications for research, test and engineering.
Presentation
This course is divided into two parts :
- PC programming
- Instrument control and programming

It covers the following topics :
- Code-based control of user interfaces, optimization techniques to produce re-usable code, file input/output functions, tools to produce executable files and installers.
- Instrument control.
- Signal acquisition and generation using a dedicated card
- Application development for embedded targets.
