Presentation

The module describes the main principles of corporate finance and puts the emphasis on its usefulness from a managerial perspective.


We expose the theory related to the following topics:


- Simple and compound interest rates


- Risk and time value of money


- Dividend policy


- Valuing shares/ The Gordon Shapiro model


- The financing decisions (debt versus equity)


- Investment decisions


- Financial analysis


- Business evaluation
