Etablissement : ECOLE DU NUMERIQUE

Langue : Anglais

Période : S3

Students are expected to have proficiency in English (if the course is taught in English), a basic understanding of the IT industry and related technologies, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with others. They should also be comfortable with digital tools, demonstrate an interest in digital transformation and innovation, and show a willingness to develop and improve their soft skills.

This course aims to help students understand the foundations of project management, explore the role of project managers, and develop the key skills required across different industries. It will provide insights into the strategic use of digital project management tools and CRM systems, showing how they can drive successful projects and support organizational transformation. Students will learn to distinguish between Agile project management, the Waterfall approach, and R&D project stages, while also examining how digital tools can integrate across departments such as marketing, sales, and operations to create a seamless customer experience. The course further emphasizes understanding the major stages of successful project management, recognizing common mistakes in project delivery, and building practical skills in presenting and creating both digital projects and other types of initiatives.
