Présentation :

The Master in European Law & Litigation is a 2 years French
master degree integrally taught in English. This State diploma
allows European & international students to get a wide
specialisation in EU law and to have access to French academic
system.
1st year: Master in International and European Law
2nd year: Master in European Law & Litigation

Compétences et savoir-faire enseignés :

Aims of the programme
Complete Master Degree covering the whole speciality of International & European Law (private and public law, competition law, business law, human rights, international organisations and litigation…)
Advanced skills in international and European law
Ability to write legal briefs and pleading in English
Strong specialisation in EU law
Prepare to take competitive exams giving access to international organisations and European institutions
Preparing and giving access to the French Bar exam
Reinforcing legal practice through research seminars and methodology

Educational highlights
Trial simulations: legal literature, legal writing, pleading…
Participation in a European moot court (ELMC – European Law Moot Court)
Development of writing skills
100% courses in English with our permanent and visiting professors
Students will have progressively the opportunity to go abroad during the 2nd semester, in The Hague University of Applied Sciences (THUAS)

Poursuite d’études :

Continue with a Master 2 Degree in International & European Law or one of the other Masters offered by the Faculty especially:
Master in Business and Competition Law or Human Rights, Security and Development
Master’s Degree in International & European Law
LL.M. in other EU member states or in partner universities
Possibility to go on an exchange program
