Community Strategy & Audience Segmentation

  • Engagement funnel: moving from awareness to advocacy

Exercise: Group role-play – Crisis simulation. Teams represent different stakeholders (brand, angry customers, journalists, community moderators) and enact a 15-min response strategy.
