At the end of this course the student should be able to read and understand Case law of the International Court of Justice, make efficient group research on a topic of international law, draft a memorial and plead in a moot court competition.
Analyse of Case law of the International Court of Justice, review of the memorials for the moot court competition, rehearsal of the pleadings.
