Bachelor of Arts in Psychology

Increasingly, the psychologist is taking on an important role in society. His work is evolving daily and is directly linked to the psychological needs emerging in our society. His field of intervention is extremely diversified and extends from the business sector to hospitals, while acting through the various facilities that treat human suffering, whether on a personal level or a professional level. Although this diversity requires different professional practices, the psychologist remains in the principal role of change and guidance of the people in his everyday life.

The department of Psychology of the FLSH offers advanced training via two courses of specialization being enrolled in master professional SHS- Mention Psychology speciality: private clinic of the social bond:
- Private clinic of the social bond in the organizations and the systems human (concerning field social psychology and work)
- Course in private clinic of the bond and the transmission (concerning field pathological and clinical psychology)

Since its creation in the Seventies, the department of Psychology turned to the professional world and now supports a rich intellectual life, based on a culture of demand as well as proposing to the students a scientific and vocational training quality. It is a question of training psychologists able to renovate their professional practices taking into consideration the most recent scientific knowledge. The comprehension of the activities and behaviours of humans is made possible thanks to the acquisition of theoretical and methodological skills, which make it possible to adapt to the specific characteristics of each intervention.
