ESTICE offers courses in International Management subjects, in order to develop skills to work both in the private sector and non-profit sector.
ESTICE graduates are well known for their international capabilities and adaptability in an ever inscreasing globally connected world. They are able to guide companies from the consumer or non-consumer sector to develop their strategies and projects with a multilingual, intercultural and ethical approach. Through their unique experience, we support students to become real global citizens, responsible, flexible and creative.
ESTICE represents:
- International dimension through 6 to 24 months experience overseas; a real language learning process with 4 different languages taught ; an academic exchange within our 34 partners around the world ; the BRIDGE Program : a triple diploma involving Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University in Kaliningrad from Russie, Wenzao Ursuline College of Languages from Taïwan and ESTICE, in Lille
- Language learning process adapted to the professional environment: 3 languages taught (1st : English ; 2nd : Spanish or German ; 3rd : Chinese, Russian or Portugese). More than 50% of the courses are taught in foreign languages with the aim of creating strong multilingual capacities
- A Master Degree « International Affairs Manager » recognised by the state and delivered by the Ministry of Advanced Education, Innovation and Research. ESTICE provides the opportunity to obtain other international certifications Tripartite Master or X-Culture.
- Employability – 91% of graduates employed at the time of graduation (2019)
- A more responsible approach to learning through personalised follow-up, daily academic guidance, close relationship with the teachers, individual support and dedicated services possible due to the small number of students in each year

Calendar and internships duration
- ESTICE 1st year | internship abroad in an English speaking country | 2 to 4 months (May – August)
- ESTICE 2nd year | internship abroad in a Spanish or German speaking country |2 to 4 months (May – August)
- ESTICE 3rd year | Internship France or abroad (in a professional environment) | 3 to 4 months (May – August) or Academic exchange, 2nd Semester
- ESTICE 4th year | Internship France or abroad (in a professional environment) in France or abroad | 5 months minimum (January to August) or academic exchange, 2nd Semester
- ESTICE 5th year |Apprenticeship/Internship in company |Rate of work : 3 weeks in company and 1 week at school (October – June)

Studying at ESTICE offers multiple career paths in different sectors such as : international trade, sales, digital marketing, import-export, supply chain, intercultural management, tourism, transportation, communication, entrepreneurship, consulting, human resources
Whether it concerns professions such as international marketing manager, international project manager, import-export sales manager or international purchaser, ESTICE students are encourage to manage, plan and participate in strategic business decisions. Some of them create their own companies or start-ups.

Programme
Les études se répartissent en 2 cycles :
- Un cycle de licence (3 ans) consiste en un programme sur 6 semestres et 3 stages, dont au moins 2 expériences à l’international et la possibilité d’effectuer un séjour académique.
suivi de:
- Un cycle de Master (2 ans) consiste en un programme sur 4 semestres, 1 stage cadre en entreprise en France/étranger ou 1 séjour académique et une alternance en 5ème année.

Admission
- Postuler en 1ère année : nous demandons de la part des étudiants qui souhaitent nous rejoindre qu’ils aient validé un Baccalauréat général de série S, ES, L ou STMG ou qu’ils soient en Terminale dans une de ces filières. Réforme du BAC 2021 : l’école reste ouverte à tous les profils pour les spécialités, avec une affinité pour les langues étrangères. Afin d’harmoniser les compétences des étudiants issus de parcours différents (bac S, ES, L, choix des spécialités du nouveau bac…), les fondamentaux exploités au fil de la formation sont retravaillés en première année pour les sciences économiques et sociales.
- Postuler en 2ème, 3ème, 4ème, 5ème année : nous demandons de la part des étudiants qui souhaitent nous rejoindre qu’ils aient validé au moins 1, 2 ou 3 années d’études supérieures (60, 120, 180 ou 240 Crédits ECTS). Si le candidat est issu d’une Licence (Economie-Gestion, LEA), d’un IUT GEA, ou d’un BTS Commerce International, il peut rejoindre l’école, sous réserve d’une expérience anglophone à réaliser pour la 2ème année et/ou d’une expérience LV2 hispanophone ou germanophone pour la 3ème année. Le candidat peut postuler en 1ère ou 2ème année de Master en fonction de son parcours et de son niveau en langues. S’il est issu d’une Licence (Economie-Gestion, LEA) ou d’un Bachelor de commerce, son profil peut être étudié pour intégrer le Master 1.
L’entretien teste la motivation, l’actualité internationale et l’anglais.
- Postuler en 1ère année : la candidature s’effectue via Parcoursup à partir du 22 janvier 2020, plateforme nationale d’admission sur laquelle il formule ses vœux. Après une étude du dossier, le candidat sera convoqué pour un entretien de personnalité et de motivation en français entre avril et mai 2020.

- Postuler en 2ème, 3ème, 4ème, 5ème année, si le candidat a déjà démarré une ou plusieurs années dans l’enseignement supérieur (Prépa, Licence, BTS, LEA, DUT …), sa candidature ne s’effectue pas via Parcoursup mais directement sur notre plateforme de candidature à partir de janvier 2020. Après une étude de son dossier, il sera convoqué pour un entretien (motivation, actualité internationale et anglais) entre mars et septembre 2020.
