The International MBA – IMBA is a one year program completely taught in English aimed at young managers with the potential of being global business leaders. The program equips participants with an in-depth understanding of the global business context. They develop the necessary skills to excel in complex international settings in top management positions or to start their own companies.
The International MBA program design combines theoretical understanding with practical experience and skill development. Thus, through the curriculum, participants acquire essential knowledge in management together with the ability to apply it in concrete business situations.
IÉSEG international MBA is accredited by AMBA.
This programme IMBA provides a registered title with the French RNCP (National Repertory of Professional Certification) Level 1, recognized in France and in Europe.
The IMBA program meets the requirement of a global MBA program and is designed to enable participants to apply knowledge in different contexts and situations.
Throughout the program, the faculty adopts a thorough and practical approach using cases and real-life examples to apply concepts to solve business issues. Participants are required to work on cases and/or group projects for each course to develop essential skills to face challenging situations and imagine new solutions. Faculty members foster interactions in the classroom – participants learn from each other’s experiences and are trained to develop and defend their opinions.
Participants also benefit from a personalized coaching and career development program.

Programme
The program is offered on a full-time basis and consists of 2 consecutive semesters of courses (September – May) followed by a professional experience (from June onwards). The curriculum provides a strong foundation of theoretical knowledge, business and leadership competencies.
Admission
The International MBA is aimed at those who already have significant work experience and yet still wish to improve their skills and pursue a successful post MBA career in companies operating at an international level.
The International MBA is aimed at graduates with at least 3 years of full time and post-graduate work experience. They are committed and open-minded while demonstrating substantial potential for leadership and excellence.

Our application process is entirely online at apply.ieseg.fr. Create your account and complete your application file with your personal details, academic path, motivation to join the program and upload your supporting documents.
You may save your work until you are ready to submit the application portfolio.
STEP 2: CONVERSATION WITH THE RECRUITER
Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted by your local contact for a skype or phone conversation.
STEP 3: FINAL DECISION
Once your application is complete, you will be proposed an MBA interview with the Academic Director of the MBA program, and a member of the Admission Board. After that, it will take approximately 2 weeks for the Admissions Jury to review your file, debrief your interview and provide a final decision.
