Goal
The professional communication is ubiquitous in the company. From the recruitment to the assessment, whatever is the concerned position, the manager will be confronted to that. This seminar proposes a reflexion and experimentation of different face to face situations. It reinforces the listening and assertiveness capacities, opens to the analyse and administration of conflictual hierarchical and subordonate situations.

At the end of the course, the student should be able to :
- Welcome and listen to his/her subordonates
- Take into account in his/her attitudes the importance of recognition
- Do and receive a criticism, assert yourself
- Administrate the tenseness in the relationship
- Adopt an attitude that favors the independance of the partners
- Announce a difficult decision
- Implement and lead a professional assessment

Modalités

Forms of instruction
The lecture will take place under the format of a seminar of 5 following mornings, in small groups of 12 people maximum. The approach is mainly interactive based on the participants' experience. This internship demands a personal implication. Could be proposed alternatively : - implementations under the format of role plays, - sub-groups works and collective exchanges, - personal expression times, - theoretical contributions that lighten and complete the educational situations.

Evaluation
This lecture is assessed by a final written assessment and a participation and implication assessment of the student, each counting 50% of the mark.
Otherwise, the student fill in an assessment form of the lecturer that he/she gives back to the lecturer at the end of the session.
