Présentation

Prerequisite
None. However, knowledge of basic circuit analysis tools (Ohm's law, Kirchoff's laws, Thevenin-Norton, superposition theorem, Bode diagram) and operational amplifier circuits basics is a plus.
Goal
Skills expected: 31(311/312/313) 32(321/322)

This course sets up the tools used for analysis and synthesis of circuits based on operational amplifier(s). At the end of this course, you should be able to:
- analyse a linear circuit based on operational amplifier(s).
- design, from specifications, a linear circuit based on operational amplifier(s).
Associated labs allow the application of theory on simple circuits and to develop skills in the following areas:
- The use of standard test equipments (multimeter, oscilloscope, function generator),
- The techniques to characterise circuits (impedance, gain, bandwidth measurements) and to take into account non-idealities of measurement systems,
- The ability to discuss measurement results.
