Présentation

Presentation
Understanding the relations and interactions between religion and politics involves several mediations, including thoughts of philosophers who have studied the issue, like Machiavelli, Hobbes and Spinoza. These and many others provide essential conceptual elements for us, to think current events that vary widely, even radically, from one context to another. The study of different geopolitical contexts in this perspective, such as the Middle East and the European Union, will allow us to measure the complexity of the issue and the powerful impact of religion on politics.
