Goal

Understanding public relations and their double purpose :
representing the interests of an organisation and attracting public interest in
it. Public relations may also help to balance vested interests, reduce tensions
and find constructive solutions to problems. Each students should learn to
grasp the essential role played by public relations in a given structures
global communications policy and know how to draw up a public relations
strategy.
