Présentation

Prerequisite
- An interest in the Hispanic culture and language.
Goal
- Acquiring a good command of basic language skills in order to communicate in everyday situations, in written and spoken Spanish.
- Learning about the Hispanic world.

This course develops the following professional skills:
- Understanding, analysing and interpreting one’s environment (general knowledge), including the global context.
- Being able to work with all professional partners (agencies, companies, etc.).
- Developing your personality with an emphasis on values of integrity, open-mindedness, tolerance, and respect;
- Being able to lead a team and manage projects from start to finish, including in an international context.
Presentation
- Identity, address, nationality, age, hobbies, family, education.
- Hispanic world knowledge.
- Describing someone’s appearance and character.
- Dates: days, months, seasons; the weather.
- Greeting and taking leave of someone.
- The Spanish alphabet, specificities: emphasis, pronunciation, spelling.
- Conjugating the present indicative.
- Formal and informal language.
- Numbers, prices.
- Shopping, restaurants, airports, etc.

- Oral dynamics to remember vocabulary and communication elements. - Simple oral presentations: presenting a town. - Grammar reminders through index cards and exercises. - Practising understanding and expressing ideas based on written and audiovisual materials: adapted texts, literature, videos, everyday situation recordings, music, etc.
