Forms of instruction
Students are required to attend lectures where the various aspects of the course are discussed at length together with the learning outcome. Furthermore, students must also read the prescribed material text book, articles, legislation,cases and refer to websites where applicable.
The assessment comprises solely of a written exam based on the content prescribed in the reading list, class lectures and additional notes where applicable and prescribed. This exam accounts for 100% of the grade and is a closed book exam so no material is allowed and students are required to answer open ended questions consisting of both theory and practical / case scenarios.
