24 hours of effective presence

Assessment to be confirmed by the Secretariat services. Grading will depend mainly on the final exam (75%). Classroom discussion and participation, including possible classroom assignments will also have an influence on grades (25%). Classroom participation may include a written assignment (essay or solving a hypothetical case, including the oral presentation). The final exam will likely be in two parts:

ï‚· first part will include 10-15 short answer questions, with the main aim to identify the applicable legal rules and to apply them to specific facts;
ï‚· second part will be an essay question based one of the WTO subjects;
