Prerequisite
In order to follow this course, students need a good command of basic German (sentence structure, grammar, vocabulary) and a desire to learn.
Goal
- Expressing ideas accurately and fluently in everyday situations.
- Analysing and describing various documents (advertisements, newspaper articles, etc.), reacting to current affairs.
- Justifying a point of view.

This course develops the following professional skills:
- Implementing a communication plan (creation, budget, follow-up).
- Being able to work with all professional partners (agencies, companies, etc.).
- Developing your personality with an emphasis on values of integrity, open-mindedness, tolerance, and respect.
- Applying “principles” to every action: diligence, autonomy, interdisciplinarity, innovation, inventiveness.
Presentation
- Description of a business and its structure.
- First contact: CV, cover letter, job interview.
- Taking telephone appointments.
- Trusting each other and forging relations when there are cultural differences.
- Advertising and professional shows (trade fairs).
- Chart analysis.
- Communication: What is communication for? Types of communications. Body language. Arguing, expressing criticisms, creating oral presentations.
- Understanding spoken German.
- In-depth study of businesses.
