Goal
This course aims to discover the particularities of labor law through different actors and situations that the employment relationship implies.
It approaches theoretical notions as practical cases.
It is illustrated with many examples from the practitioner's practice and experience. It should enables students to discover the essential principles applicable to labor relations governed by the law.
