Présentation
In order to follow this course the students should have already studied general European law and have a basic knowledge in national company law.
At the end of the course, the student should be able to write legal memos and realize legal presentations within the field of european company law.
At the end of this course, the student should be able to have a clear background of the freedoms
enjoyed today in enterprises in Europe
The course deals mainly with company mobility within the European Union and the European Economic Area, as well as with the European codification of company law directives and digitalization of company law rules.
