Objectifs

At the end of this course, the student should be able to define the different policies of the European Union and their functioning

Présentation

1. policies of the European Union in the European law : reproduces the several vocations of the policies of the European Union ; repartition of competences


2. issues of internal market : free circulation's regimes


3. competition law : diversity of competition rules ; abuse of dominant position ; State aids


4. sectorial policies of the European Union ; harmonized law of the EU : european social law ; environmental law ; immigration law
