Prérequis
No special knowledge is required. A quick recap of basic English legal system facts will be delivered during the first class.
Objectifs
By the end of the course students should be able to read and understand English case law and legislation. Students should have broad knowledge and understanding of Negligence cases in torts law and be able to resolve issues related to the topic on their own.
