OBJECTIVE

This summer course will give you a project management global view and a method to organize projects, to plan resources and to manage parameters.

We’ll follow an original guide line based on situation analysis, information organization and problem solving approaches. This course will be helpful for engineers who want to manage small and medium projects. It gives a good reference to classify and to plan actions.

EDUCATIONAL METHODS

Through case studies, best practices and recommendations will be given.
A class of maximum 25 students for a more interactive teaching.

Assessments will be done throughout the whole course based on group and individual works.
