        Some personal work and research will be asked for from students. 
To do them, students have two possibilities:
- they can bring their laptop,
- they can use the university computer lab.
If one feels that they may need their laptop to use when the computer lab is closed, they are very welcome to do so. Wireless connection is more and more available in our university buildings and in the dorms, even though it is not possible to access it everywhere. Help can be obtained from the Computer Department through the European Summer Program Office.
Students who apply for the Engineering Summer Course are encouraged to bring their laptops as they will have to do some work on computers. However, as work will be done in groups, students can share a same laptop between the other members of their group to do the work/research.
