The rental of the accommodation goes from the day of arrival (the day before start of classes) to the day of departure (the day after end of classes).

When students check in their dorms, they are required to pay a 50-euro deposit to the Accommodation Department, that will be given back  on the last day of classes after their rooms have been checked.

Detailed instructions about check-in and check-out will be sent to registered students.
