To acquire confidence when speaking in various situations, to become more spontaneous, more precise and effective. To adapt to situations as well as to the interlocutor.

CONTENT

Increase linguistic resources through targeted language practice. Practice idiomatic expressions appropriate to age and context. Improve diction and intonation. Build awareness of non-verbal communication. Fieldtrips to complement the course: visit to Bruges, the Belgian Venice and to the European Parliament in Brussels.

EDUCATIONAL METHODS

Lecture, presentations, debates, group work
8 sessions of 3 hours + a conference at the European Parliament in Brussels + a study tour in the Euroregion (France and Belgium)
Personal work
A class of maximum 25 students for a more interactive teaching

A written final exam + participation in class
