Beginner

OBJECTIVE

Enable the students to understand and express themselves in simple situations of the daily life.

CONTENT

3 hours of classes 4 days a week
30 minutes to 1 hour of personal work per day

LISTENING

Understand small dialogues about the daily life.

Phonetic exercises in language lab.

Songs.

SPEAKING

From authentic documents in French, discovery of life in France.

Reactions to what is lived during the stay.

WRITING

Practice of using tenses.

Writing small dialogues

GRAMMAR

Basic tenses (present and past). The structure of the sentence.

ASSESSMENT

Regular assessment + written exam awarding a certificate at the end of the program.

PRE-REQUISITE

Start of level A1 recommended (see the assessment grid of the Council of Europe)
